Where do I need to go to receive the keys?

Please go directly to 24 Straszewskiego Street where your room is. Follow instruction below:

1. Open the main door to the building (24 Straszewskiego St.) by pressing on the intercom:

2. Go to the second floor, the door number 6. Follow the sign NOVUMHOUSE.

3. The key is located inside a lockbox. To access the lockbox, enter the code, then pull down the black lever, and open the lockbox door in the same time.

An email titled ‚CODE and check-in instruction’ containing the code will be sent on the day of check-in at 00:01.If payment is made after, the system will check for payment every 30 minutes thereafter (00:01, 00:31, etc.).

4. Take your proximity tag out, this is your key. Close and secure the lockbox. From now on, you can open all nesesery doors with your tag.

5. Your room is behind the brown door number 6.

How can I pay for my stay?

You will simply and safely pay online on the Guest Platform at alfred.previo.app. The payment operator is FISERV POLSKA S.A (POLCARD).

How to CHECK-OUT?

Please, leave the key (tag) in your room and close the door.

Where do I need to go to receive the keys?

1. Open the main door to the building (26 Sw. Tomasza Street) by pressing:

(„door symbol” is on the left of 0).

2. Follow the sign 13 – 24. In the corridor turn right and go outside to the backyard. Go straight through the backyard.

3. Open the door on the right, exactly like the first one with the same code (door symbol 4458 door symbol). Go to the top fifth (5^th) floor.

4. The key is located inside a lockbox. To access the lockbox, enter the code, then pull down the black lever, and open the lockbox door in the same time.

1. Na mocy niniejszej umowy osoba wymieniona w potwierdzeniu rezerwacji (dalej Gość), zawiera umowę wynajmu apartamentu w celu krótkotrwałego zakwaterowania z przedsiębiorstwem NO HO Sp. z o. o. z siedzibą w Krakowie przy ul. Straszewskiego 24/6 (dalej Wynajmujący)

2. Nasze obiekty mieszczą się w lokalizacjach:

a. NOVUMHOUSE Straszewskiego (dawniej Novum House Apartamenty): ul. Straszewskiego 24/6, 31-113 Kraków

b. NOVUMHOUSE Tomasza (dawniej Novum House Tomasza): Pokoje ul. Św. Tomasza 26/23, Apartament ul. Św. Tomasza 31/14, 31-112 Kraków

c. NOVUMHOUSE Topolowa: ul. Topoowa 8/27 i 8/28, 31-075 Kraków Zwanych łącznie NOVUMHOUSE

3. Przedpłata i płatność: Cennik jest wyrażony w PLN, a płatności w innych walutach są przeliczane według operatora płatności FISERV POLSKA S.A. (właściciel marki POLCARD). Gość dokonuje przedpłaty lub płatności online na platformie dla Gości na alfred.previo.app dostępnej również na novumhouse.pl/alfred, zgodnie z warunkami i terminem uzgodnionym podczas procesu rezerwacji. Operatorem płatności jest FISERV POLSKA S.A. (właściciel marki POLCARD). Uprzednio wyliczone zniżki nie mają zastosowania do płatności dokonywanych przy użyciu stacjonarnego terminala lub w gotówce, a zakup usługi Concierge jest konieczny. Jeśli Gość nie dokona płatności w wyznaczonym terminie, NO HO Sp. z O. O. ma prawo obciążyć Gościa za pomocą transakcji MOTO metodą DCC, a Gość bezwarunkowo i nieodwołalnie zgadza się na to. Jednocześnie, w celu ochrony posiadacza karty, Gość wyraża zgodę na weryfikację karty i jej posiadacza podczas pobytu. W przypadku nieprawidłowej weryfikacji (brak właściciela karty lub brak karty na miejscu) całkowita kwota zostanie zwrócona oraz wymagana będzie opłata na miejscu. Wszelkie nieuzasadnione obciążenia zwrotne (chargeback) będą wiązały się z dodatkową opłatą w wysokości 450 PLN.

4. Polityka Płatności i Windykacja: Wszystkie rachunki muszą być opłacone przed wymeldowaniem. Jeśli Gość nie dokona płatności, na adres e-mail podany podczas zameldowania zostanie wysłana wiadomość, dająca 24 godziny na uregulowanie zaległości. Jeśli płatność nie zostanie dokonana w tym okresie, sprawa zostanie przekazana do firmy windykacyjnej, co spowoduje dodatkową opłatę w wysokości 100 €. Jeśli dług pozostanie nieuregulowany, zostaną podjęte kroki prawne, a potencjalne koszty sądowe i prawne mogą wynieść do 25 000 PLN. Dodatkowo, naliczane będą odsetki ustawowe za opóźnienie liczone od daty wymagalności czyli wymeldowania.

5. Pokój lub Apartament w NOVUMHOUSE wynajmowany jest na doby. Podana cena, Ilość osób oraz warunki rezerwacji są określone w potwierdzeniu rezerwacji. Za dodatkową dorosłą osobę obowiązuje dopłata w wysokości 150 PLN za osobę za dobę. Doba wynajmu trwa od godziny 15.00 do godziny 11.00 dnia następnego.

6. W ramach ceny wynajmu, Wynajmujący świadczy następujące usługi: dostęp do Internetu za pomocą sieci Wi-Fi lub kablowej, sprzątanie co 2 dni lub w okresach wskazanych przez Gościa, wymiana ręczników w okresie uzgodnionym z Gościem. Dodatkowe usługi oraz produkty na życzenie Gości są dostępne za dodatkową opłatą zgodną z cennikiem. Cena zawiera podatek VAT.

7. Gość uzyskuje dostęp do pokoju lub apartamentu poprzez zakodowaną kartę zbliżeniową lub kody dostępu (jeśli wymagane). Karta lub kod jest aktywny do godziny 11.00 ostatniego dnia pobytu.

8. Wynajmujący przetwarza dane osobowe Gościa wyłącznie w celu wykonania usług hotelarskich oraz zbadania opinii o świadczonych usługach. Dane Gościa nie będą udostępniane żadnym innym podmiotom.

9. Wynajmujący ponosi odpowiedzialność za utratę lub uszkodzenie rzeczy wniesionych przez osoby korzystające z jego usług w zakresie określonym przepisami art. 846-849 kodeksu cywilnego. Gość powinien zawiadomić recepcję hotelową o wystąpieniu szkody niezwłocznie po jej stwierdzeniu.

10. Odpowiedzialność Obiektu z tytułu utraty lub uszkodzenia pieniędzy, papierów wartościowych, kosztowności albo przedmiotów mających wartość naukową lub artystyczną jest ograniczona, jeżeli przedmioty te nie zostaną oddane do depozytu w recepcji. Obiekt nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za uszkodzenie lub utratę samochodu lub innego pojazdu należącego do Gościa.

11. Wszystkie przedmioty znajdujące się w pokojach, apartamentach i w częściach wspólnych są własnością NOVUMHOUSE i nie mogą być wynoszone na zewnątrz obiektu. W przypadku stwierdzenia braku jakiegoś przedmiotu po wymeldowaniu Gościa, Wynajmujący ma prawo obciążyć Gościa równowartością jego kosztu wg cennika znajdującego się w recepcji.

12. Gość ponosi w całości odpowiedzialność materialną za wszelkiego rodzaju uszkodzenia lub zniszczenia przedmiotów wyposażenia i urządzeń technicznych powstałe z jego winy lub z winy odwiedzających go osób.

13. Osoby odwiedzające gości NOVUMHOUSE mogą przebywać w pokoju lub apartamencie od godziny 8.00 do 22.00

14. W NOVUMHOUSE obowiązuje zachowanie ciszy od godziny 22.00 do godziny 8.00. Ze względu na to, że obiekt wynajmu znajduje się w kamienicy mieszkalnej, zakłócenie ciszy w porze nocnej może skutkować natychmiastowym nakazem opuszczenia pokoju, z zachowaniem obowiązku zapłaty za całość pobytu.

15. Obiekt przyjmuje zwierzęta po wcześniejszym uzgodnieniu z personelem według aktualnego cennika. Nie dotyczy obiektu NOVUMHOUSE Starowiślna, gdzie zwierzęta nie są akceptowane.

16. W pokojach, apartamentach na balkonach, w pomieszczeniach wspólnych oraz na klatce schodowej obowiązuje zakaz palenia. W przypadku stwierdzenia palenia tytoniu w w/w pomieszczeniach Wynajmujący obciąży Gościa jednorazową dodatkową opłatą w kwocie 1000 PLN.

17. Przedmioty osobistego użytku pozostawione przez wyjeżdżającego Gościa będą odesłane na adres zameldowania Gościa na jego koszt i prośbę.

18. Za usługi istnieje możliwość otrzymania faktury VAT. Zgodnie z Polskim prawem Goście są proszeni o powiadomienie o chęci otrzymania faktury najpóźniej przy dokonaniu rezerwacji. Faktura zostanie wystawiona w formie elektronicznej w postaci zabezpieczonego pliku PDF i przesłana elektronicznie z adresu hello@novumhouse.pl na adres mailowy podany w karcie meldunkowej.

Z O. O. z siedzibą w Krakowie przy ulicy Straszewskiego 24 lokal 6. TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. By virtue of the present agreement, the person indicated in booking confirmation (hereinafter the “Guest”) concludes the apartment rental agreement for the purpose of short-term accommodation with NO HO SP. Z O. O. registered seat in Krakow, 24 Straszewskiego Str. apt. 6. (hereinafter the “Landlord”).

2. We have different locations as follow:
a. NOVUMHOUSE Straszewskiego (used to be called Novum House Apartamenty): 24 Straszewskiego Str. apt 6, 31-113 Kraków
b. NOVUMHOUSE (used to be called Novum House Tomasza): rooms are located at 26 Św. Tomasza str. apt 23 and Apartament is located at
31 Św. Tomasza Str. apt 14, 31-027 Kraków
c. NOVUMHOUSE Starowiślna (used to be called Imagine Apartments): 4 Starowiślna Str. apt 4, 31-032 Kraków Collectively known as NOVUMHOUSE

3. Prepayment and Payment: The price list is expressed in PLN, and payments in other currencies are converted according to the payment operator FISERV POLSKA S.A (owner of the POLCARD brand). The Guest makes a prepayment or payment online on the Guest Platform at alfred.previo.app available also at novumhouse.pl/alfred, according to the terms and time frame agreed upon during the reservation process. The payment operator is FISERV POLSKA S.A (owner of the POLCARD brand). Previously calculated discounts do not apply to payments made using a stationary terminal or in cash, and purchasing the Concierge service is necessary. If the Guest does not make the payment within the specified deadline, NO HO Sp. z O. O. has the right to charge the Guest using a MOTO transaction with the DCC method, and the Guest unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to this. At the same time, the Guest consents to the verification of the card and its holder during the stay. In case of incorrect verification, a refund will be issued and an on-site payment will be required before the check-in. Any unfounded chargebacks will incur a fee of 450 PLN.

4. Payment Policy and Debt Collection: All bills must be paid before check-out. If the Guest fails to make the payment, an email will be sent to the address provided at check-in, giving 24 hours to settle the outstanding balance. If the payment is not received within this period, the matter will be passed to a debt collection company, resulting in an additional charge of 450 PLN. If the debt remains unpaid, legal action will be taken, with potential court and legal fees amounting up to 25 000 PLN. Additionally, statutory interest for late payment will be charged from the check-out date.

5. The room or apartment is rented for rental days. Price is for a room for number of persons shown on booking confirmation. For an extra adult person in the room there is additional fee 150 PLN per person per night. Check in time is 3:00 p.m., check out time is 11:00 a.m.

6. NOVUMHOUSE provides the following services within the rental price: Internet access – WiFi or cable, every two days housekeeping at the times indicated by the Guest, fresh towels at the times indicated by the Guest. Additional services or products are charged additionally according to the price list. The price includes VAT.

7. The Guest receives access to the room or apartment through a coded key card and the code. The card or code is active until 11:00 pm of the last day of the stay.

8. NOVUMHOUSE processes the Guest’s personal data solely for the purposes of performing hotel services, including researching opinions on the rendered services. The Guest’s information will not be disclosed to any other entities.

9. NOVUMHOUSE is liable for the loss or damage of objects brought in by the persons using her services, in the extent indicated by the provisions of Article 846-849 of the Civil Code. The Guest should inform the hotel reception on the occurrence of damage immediately after its ascertainment.

10. The liability of the NO HO SP. Z O. O. on account of the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or objects being of academic or artistic value shall be limited, if these objects are not deposited at the hotel reception desk. The Facility is not liable for the damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest.

11. All the objects found in the rooms or apartment and common areas are the property of the hotel and may not be taken outside the building. In the event of the ascertainment of any object after the Guest’s checkout, the NO HO SP. Z O. O. has the right to encumber the Guest with the equivalent of its cost according to the price list, found at the reception desk.

12. The Guest bears full substantive liability for all types of damages or destruction to the furnishings and technical equipment which occurred due to his fault, or the fault of the guests visit him.

13. Persons not checked into the room or apartment may be in the room from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

14. Quiet hours are in force in the apartment from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Due to the fact that the rental facility is located in a residential tenement building, disturbing the peace at night may result in the immediate order to vacate the room, with the maintenance of the obligation to pay for the entirety of the visit.

15. By prior arrangement with reception staff we do allows pets for additional costs according to the price list.

16. The ban on smoking is in force in the rooms, common areas as well as balcony and the stairwell. In the case of the ascertainment of smoking in the above-mentioned areas, NOVUMHOUSE shall encumber the Guest with a one-time additional fee of PLN 1000.

17. Any personal belongings left by the guest upon leaving the apartment shall be mailed to the Guest’s permanent residency address, at the guest’s request and expense.

18. For all the services and goods provided in the NO HO SP. Z O. O. it is possible to obtain an invoice. According to the Polish Low the guest needs to ask for the invoice when making the reservation. The invoice will be issued in an electronic form of a protected PDF file and sent form hello@novumhouse.pl to the Guest’s email address specified in the registration card or booking confirmation. NO HO SP. Z O. O. assures the authenticity of the origin and the integrity of the contents of the invoices sent electronically.

In relation to local hotel-related services for our guests (catering, access to utilities/media, accommodation, cleaning, security and CCTV in the NOVUMHOUSE, the Controller of your personal data is NO HO Sp. z o. o., with its legal address at ul. Straszewskiego 24/6, 31-113 Krakow. Personal data of our hotel Guests are processed for the purposes of performing the hotel service agreement. This, the legal grounds for the personal data processing is Art. 6 p. 1 letter b of the European Parliament and Council Regulation of 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation). Personal data may be received by the legal counsel’s firm, the company responsible for security at our hotel (Justus), Profitroom (if you used this company’s agency service). Moreover, we would like to inform you that due to the Regulation you have a right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. The necessity to collect basic personal data of Hotel Guests for the purpose of performance of hotel services results from the provisions of the Civil Code Act which requires that all the Parties to an agreement be precisely stated. NO HO Sp. z o.o. does not subject the Subscribers’ data to automatic decision-making, including profiling, which could result in legal effect for the Subscribers or affect them significantly. Take your key-card out. Close and secure the lockbox.
From now on, you can open doors upstairs with your card. Your room is behind the brown door number 6.
To open the main door please use a CODE.

How can I pay for my stay?

We may charge or pre-authorise your credit card after making the reservation according to your reservation terms and conditions.

We have a fast self-check-in procedure. Please go directly to 31 Sw. Tomasza St, in front of the building number 33 (Infront the restaurant Invito) you will find a white bicycle with the sign Novum House. Your electronic key is placed over there. There is no reception on site.

Go to the white bicycle in front of the building number 33 (infront the restaurtant Invito).
Open the black lockbox on bicycle with your personal code (last four digits of your reservation number**)
Take off your proximity tag. This is your key.

Udaj się bezpośrednio na ul. Św. Tomasza 26 lokal numer 23 i postępuj zgodnie z poniższą instrukcją:

Otwórz bramę wejściową do kamienicy naciskając: „symbol drzwi” 4458 „symbol drzwi” na domofonie („symbol drzwi” znajduje się po lewej stronie od 0).
Wejdź do środka kieruj się w stronę lokalu numer 23; przejdź korytarzem w prawo, a następnie wyjdź na dziedziniec. Otwórz drzwi do kamienicy w oficynie (prosto, po prawej) przy pomocy tego samego kodu.

Your room is located in the City Center of Krakow, with the view of the quiet garden, on the fifth floor, without elevator.

Where do I need to go to receive the keys?

We have a fast self-check-in procedure.

Please go directly to 26 Sw. Tomasza Street where your room is. Follow instruction below:

Open the main door to the building (26 Sw. Tomasza Street) by pressing „door symbol” then pressing 4458 then pressing „door symbol” („door symbol” is on the left of 0).
folow the sign 13 – 23. In the corridor turn right and go outside to the courtyard. Go straight through the courtyard and open the door on the right, exactly like the first one with the same code (door symbol 4458 door symbol)
Go to the last, fifth (5^th) floor
Open your lockbox with your code. You will find LockBox number, code and room number in the email titled „CODE and check-in instruction”
Take your proximity tag/card out, this is your key. Close and secure the lockbox.
From now on, you can open the doors upstairs with your tag.
To exit, press the silver button next to the door. On the ground floor, put your hand on the black button.

What to do when you arrive:

1) Open the main door to the building (24 Straszewskiego St.) by pressing 6 KEY SYMBOL 1297 on the intercom

2) Go to the second floor, follow the sign Novum House

3) When you are in front of the brown door (number 6) call +48884604292 (or +48792356735). You may also use WhatsApp’s for number +48792356735 ( WiFi password: novumhouse246)

4) Follow the instruction on the phone.

The person on the phone will open the door to NOVUMHOUSE and to your room by application. He will also explain important information. In your room on the table you will find the Info Book (e.g. WiFi password) and key-card to your room. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help!

Doesn’t like it? you may consider our offer of a luxury airport chauffeur drive + personal check-in. From the Krakow Airport it costs 99 PLN for a small car (max. 3 people) or 139 PLN for a big car (max 8 people). The chauffeur will welcome you at the Airport, safely drive to Novum House and let you in to your room, additionally he will explain important information. Go to the white bicycle in front of the building number 33 (infront the restaurtant Invito).
Open the black lockbox on bicycle with your personal code (last four digits of your reservation number**)
Take off your proximity tag. This is your key.
Close and secure the black lockbox. Thank you!

Open the main gate of the building number 31 by applying blue or gray proximity tag to the key-symbol on the intercom.
Open the next, glass door exactly like the first one with the blue or gray proximity tag.
Please go to the last (4th) floor.
Use a bigger silver key to open the door with Novum House sign (on the left).

Wystarczy wsiąść w autobus jadący na przystanek Uniwersytet Jagielloński (3. przystanek). Po wyjściu z autobusu, bądź tramwaju należy cofnąć się 30 metrów i skręcić w lewo. Apartamenty Novum House znajdują się tuż za rogiem, przy ulicy Straszewskiego pod numerem 24.

Z lotniska Kraków Balice:

By dostać się z lotniska Balice do Krakowa najlepiej skorzystać z kolei podmiejskiej. Dojazd do centrum zajmuje ok. 30 minut (to naprawdę proste, a bilet można kupić w pociągu). Po przyjeździe na Dworzec Główny, należy wsiąść w tramwaj lub autobus i po przejechaniu 3 przystanków wysiąść pod Uniwersytetem Jagiellońskim (tak nazywa się przystanek). Po wyjściu z autobusu, bądź tramwaju należy cofnąć się 30 metrów i skręcić w lewo. NOVUMHOUSE znajduje się tuż za rogiem, przy ulicy Straszewskiego pod numerem 24.
