Your room is located in the City Center of Krakow, on the first floor, without elevator.

Where do I need to go to receive the keys?

We have a fast self-check-in procedure.

Please go directly to 8 Topolowa Street where your room is. Follow instruction below:

1. Open the main door to the building by pressing on the intercom:

28 KEY 2801

2. Go straight and go outside to the backyard. Straight ahead, on the right side, there are brown doors with a sign “21-37➔”. Open them.

3. Take the stairs to the 1st floor and turn right. At the end of the corridor, you will find your apartment.

4. Your key is in a lockbox, located next to the door. To open the lockbox, enter the code, pull the lever and open the door of the safe. Take out the key.

An email titled ‘CODE and check-in instruction’ containing the code will be sent on the day of check-in at 00:01.If payment is made after, the system will check for payment every 30 minutes thereafter (00:01, 00:31, etc.).

5. Close and secure the key safe.

How can I pay for my stay?

You will simply and safely pay online on the Guest Platform at alfred.previo.app. The payment operator is FISERV POLSKA S.A (POLCARD).

How to CHECK-OUT?

Lock the door and put the key back in the same lockbox. If you would like to stay longer in your room, ask about the possibility of late check-out.
